Our chickens, raised outdoors and free to scratch and peck in the pasture, are an example of our commitment to regenerative farming practices. We take great care in their diet, supplementing it with non-GMO and non-medicated feed. Hand-harvested at a USDA-inspected butcher, our chickens are air-chilled at the peak of freshness, ensuring you a product of the highest quality.
Beef
All cattle are grass-fed at some point, but the key difference is in finishing them on grass. The South Poll cattle were bred to finish on grass and thus taste exceptional. We rotationally graze our South Poll cattle on pasture to maximize their health and produce leaner meat with higher Omega-3 fatty acids, CLAs (an essential fatty acid that fights cancer and inhibits body fat), Vitamin A, and E.
Eggs
Our pasture-raised eggs are an essential part of the ranch. We move our coop with various chickens, guinea hens, and ducks to roam our pastures in electric netting to keep them safe. This allows them to forage on a diverse diet of grasses and bugs, eliminating the need for drugs. As a result, our hens are content, our eggs are nutritious, and our pastures are naturally fertilized.

Delivery
You have two options for receiving your products: you can either pick them up from our ranch in Paola, or we can deliver them for free within a 30-mile radius. If you choose delivery, you will need to select a time slot from our available options. If you're not home when we deliver, we'll leave the frozen products on your porch and send you a text to notify you of the delivery.
